7.3 SEALING OF OMNICOMM LIGHT 2.0 TERMINAL
Sealing of Omnicomm Light 2.0 Terminal is conducted by gluing the protective paper seals on the housing
(Figure 38).

7.4 ISSUANCE OF THE INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE
After sealing products, the “Certi
fi
cate of installation” should be
fi
lled in, an example of which can be
downloaded from the company website of Omnicomm at www.omnicomm-online.com. The Certi
fi
cate of
Installation must include:
• the name of the organisation for which the
product was installed;
• the name of the organisation that carried
out the installation of the product;
• the date of installation;
• a list of all conducted works;
• the vehicle make;
• State registration number of the vehicle;
• any malfunction of the object of
installation;
• serial number of the product(s);
• the name of the product;
• numbers of seals;
• full name and signature of the installer
and the person who accepted and
approved the completed installation work.
