REPLACEMENT OF THE “MEMORY CARD” IN THE CPU
To replace the “memory card”, proceed as follows:
?
Insert the CPU key into housing "4" and position it to STOP.
?
Disconnect the INDUSTRIAL PC connector from connector "5".
?
Remove the “memory card” from housing "1".
?
Turn the CPU key to "MRES" until the STOP Led located on the Led bar “2” flashes for the second time.
?
When the STOP Led flashes for the second time, turn the CPU key to STOP.
?
Keep the CPU key on MRES for one second.
?
With the CPU key positioned to STOP insert the new “memory card” (making sure that the black dot is
directed upwards).
?
Turn the CPU key on “MRES” until the second flasing of the STOP led placed on the led bar “2”.
?
As soon as the STOP led flashes for the second time, turn the CPU key on STOP.
?
Turn and keep for a second the CPU key on MRES.
?
Release the key so that it returns to STOP and then turn the CPU key on RUN.
?
After loading the new program, connect the INDUSTRIAL PC connector to connector "5".
NOTE: Upon completion of battery or “memory card” replacement, it is necessary to insert the
machine parameters using the keyboard of the INDUSTRIAL PC.
Then, transfer the working program related to the die being used to the CPU memory.
NOTE: To operate the different press devices, refer to the programming manual of the INDUSTRIAL
PC.
