DATE/TIME
/LOGO
Display information setting
Specifies whether display information (date and time, title, etc.) should be shown
on the LCD monitor.
This setting can also be used to specify the type of information to be displayed.
•
OFF
: Hide information.
•
DATE/TIME
: Show the date, time, and title.
•
DATE/TIME/LOGO : Show the date, time, title, and "OLYMPUS" logo.
•
ALL*
: Show the date, time, title, "OLYMPUS" logo, zoom
level, and brightness level.
IMAGE
INVERSION
Reverses an image laterally.
You can reverse a live image laterally.
•
OFF* : Does not reverse the image.
•
ON
: Reverses the image.
COLOR/B&W
DISPLAY
Displays the image in color or black-and-white.
You can display a live image in color or black-and-white.
•
BLACK & WHITE : Displays image in black-and-white.
•
COLOR*
: Displays image in color.
FILE NAME
MARK
Letter appending to the end of image file names
Specifies whether a letter should be added to names assigned to recorded
image files. This feature helps to categorize image files.
•
OFF* : Do not append letter.
•
ON
: Append letter.
You can make a selection from “_A”, “_B”, “_C” and “_D”.
Selecting "ON" displays a dialog box for selecting the letter to be
appended to each image file name.
MEDIA
FORMAT
SD card formatting (initialization)
•
CANCEL : Do not format the card.
•
EXECUTE : Format the card.
CAUTION
•
Never remove the SD card while formatting is in progress.
NOTE
•
Formatting an SD card deletes all of its data.

Date and time settings
Configures date and time settings.
