Never use documents that are excessively curled, thin, torn, coated, small, or
crumpled, e.g.: carbon type paper. Make a photocopy of any questionable
document and then transmit the photocopy.

Remove staples, paper clips, post-its, tape, etc. before loading document.
Failure to remove staples, clips, etc. from the document will cause severe
damage to the machine and void the warranty.

If you have used correction fluid on a document, wait until it dries before loading.
5.
If you must transmit a document printed on thermal paper, fold the top edge back
1" to form a firm starting edge.

. Do not use adhesives or writing materials containing alcohol or other organic
solvents on them.
