LED Functions
The table below gives the meaning of the LED signals.
LED MEANING
POWER ON LINE FORM FEED CARTRIDGE
S Printer not powered on
A A Printer powered and ONLINE
A S Printer powered and OFFLINE
L Battery pack or batteries nearly low
LV Low battery pack charge
A L Data reception
A L Out of paper condition
A L Out of ink condition
A LV No head, or head not installed correctly
AS AS AS AS Printer being powered
LS3 LS3 LS3 LS3 Operator error
S S S S Printer in standby
LS LS LS LS Batteries being recharged
ACS ACS ACS ACS NiCd batteries being discharged
S= Off
A= On
L= Flashing
LV= Flashing rapidly
AS= On in sequence, one LED at a time
LS3= Simultaneous flashing three times
LS=
Flashing sequentially
ACS= All the LEDs ON simultaneously with the consequent turn off of one LED at a time in a continuous order
