7.2 - Connection of B0858 to a network (only for web server)
This configuration is only for web server, only for local connection, without
app or cloud.
• From the keyboard of the control unit B0858, press key “ 3 ” and key “ 6 ”
simultaneously to access the page of the “ system menu ”.
• Enter the submenu SETTING and then select TCP/IP SETTING .
ENABLE : set STATIC
IP : set an unique IP compatible with the IP and SUBNET MASK values
of the Router.
MASK : set the same SUBNET MASK of the Router
GW : set 0.0.0.0
DNS : set 0.0.0.0

• In a home network, is the
Router which assigns an
IP to every device in the
house.
• Enter the configuration page of the Router to display its IP and SUBNET MASK
settings.
• In general, it is not necessary to change the settings of the Router.
It is instead important that B0858 is configured so that it is compatible with such
network.
7.3 - B0858 connection to a PC
• To configure SiOS CONTROL, connect a PC or a display micro browser to the
main control unit B0858 (J6 output) using an Ethernet cable RJ45.
• From browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer or others) in anonymous mode, digit the
IP address B0858.
Configuration of PC network card
• From operating system Windows10, press the right key on the START icon and
select “ network connections ”.
• In the submenu, select in sequence:
“ change card options ” > “ local network LAN ” > “ TCP/IPv4 ” >
> “ properties ”.
• Select “ use the following IP address ” and pair Your PC with a subnet mask
and a gateway which respect the settings of Your home network and set the IP
