6.2 - Electrical connections
• Connect components B0860, B0861 and B0859 on the serial J3 of B0858.
• Connect the fan coils Bi2 (terminals A- and B+), wall thermostat B0736 (terminals
A1- and B1+), heat pump SHERPA AQUADUE S1 (terminals 22 A- and 21 B+) or
SHERPA S2 (terminals A- and B+) on serial J4 of B0858.
WARNING
On serial J4 also envisage the converter B0863 for those components
which do not support RTU and/or for communication lines longer than 500
metres.
• The last peripheral device must end with the 120 Ohm heater.
“Star” connections are not allowed.
• For RS485 connections use a multipolar cable, 2 poles for section 0,34mm

, screened and suitable for data transmission (LiYCY type or equivalent).
Position the communication cable in specific conduits separated by power
lines.
• Envisage suitable power supply units with Safety-Extra-Low-Voltage for B0858,
B0859 and B0863.
• Envisage power supply 230VAC for thermostats B0860 and B0861.
• Pay attention to the analogical outputs of B0858 which require a relay with coil
10VDC.
6.3 - Software selection
• From B0858, access the “ menu impianto ” (“ system menu ”), UPGRADE folder
and select file
