Okolab recommends starting with an offset value corresponding to the difference between the set
point temperature and the actual temperature measured by the T Sensor. In Figure 30, the desired
temperature is 37.0 °C while the sensor reading states 36.8 °C, hence, in this case the offset to be applied is
0.2 °C.

Wait until the temperature measured by the T Sensor is stable.

If the temperature measured by the T Sensor is close to the set point, you can consider the Manual
Calibration as completed. Otherwise, repeat the steps above until the temperature measured by the T
Sensor reaches the set point temperature.
