Connection between W and P is by the Internet. Connection between A
and P is through normal telephone services.

A contacts P and notifies it of the URL address to which access is required
and then disconnects. P accesses the web page and converts the informa-
tion to fax data. P then contacts A and sends the converted fax data.

A contacts P and notifies it of prepaid card information using DTMF tone.
P then responds by sending a registration results report back to A.
