Transmit Preparation

Transmit Preparation

Your fax machines transmit preparation feature allows you to load and prepare to transmit a

document while your fax machine is still sending (from memory) or receiving a message (as long
as the document feeder is clear). This feature increases the amount of productive time you can
spend using your fax machine, and reduces your waiting time.

To prepare a document for transmission, follow these steps:

1 Load your documents. Select resolution and contrast if necessary.

2 The display will show SELECT LOCATION. Select a single location using One Touch or Auto Dial

locations, or by dialing on the numeric keypad.

Press the Start key. When your fax machine has finished the current communication, it will begin

transmission of your loaded document.
