Maintenance Counter Value
The current value for the maintenance page counter is displayed. This counter tracks
printer usage. A print job containing a single page will increment the counter by one and
a duplex page by two. At 300,000, the customer is reminded that the printer requires
scheduled maintenance. This counter is reset by the technician after an “
80 Scheduled
Maintenance
message” displays and a maintenance kit is installed.
To view the maintenance page count:

Select
Maintenance Counter Value
from the
Configuration
Menu.

The value is displayed and cannot be changed.
•
Select
Back
to return to the main Configuration Menu.
Reset Maintenance Counter
After scheduled maintenance, the technician needs to reset the page counter.
To reset the maintenance page count to zero:
•
Select
Reset Maintenance Counter
from the
Configuration
Menu
•
Select
“Yes”
to reset the counter, or touch
“No”
to exit without resetting.
•
When the reset operation is complete, the menu returns to the main Configuration
Menu
USB Scan to Local
To change the USB Scan to Local setting:

Select
USB Scan to Local
from the
Configuration
Menu.

The panel displays the setting's name in the header and
