ミストキャッチの設置は、メンテナンスのため、壁や他のユニットと電極取出し扉の間に

空間を設けてください。

 

また、円滑な排気を行うために、排気口から上部に

m以上の空間を、モータの冷却のために

以上の空間を設けてください。

 

For ease of maintenance work, leave at least 1m or more space between the electrode access door of 
the MISTCATCH and the walls or other units it adjoins.   
There must be at least 1 meter space above the exhasut port for good ventilation and at least 500 mm

Place the MISTCATCH right side up and fix it perpendicularly and horizontally within a tolerance of 

±2°.

吸引口がオイルミストの発生源に近い場合は、衝突板などを設けて、

 

多量のオイルミストや切り屑を吸引しないようにしてください。

 

→多量のオイルミストを吸引すると、外に撒き散らす可能性があります。

 

Where the suction port is close to the mist source, provide   
a collision plate or other protective measures against inhaling   
excessive amount of oil mist and/or machining swarf.

-inhaling may cause scattering of oil. 

 

機械へ直接取付けする場合は、振動の影響が出ないようにするために、防振ゴムなどを使用して、

 

振動対策を行ってください。

 

In  case  of  direct  mounting  on  a  machine,  anti-vibration  rubbers  or  other  protective  measures  against
