●アラームメッセージ表示

（１）
E1
：スパーク多発アラーム
電極においてスパークの発生回数が多くなると、
ALARM
ランプ（赤）が点滅します。
ランプ点滅の状態で運転を続けると、
ALARM
ランプ（赤）が点灯となり、高電圧出力、モータの運転が停止し、
警報出力
1
が閉になります。
ランプ点滅時には現在の電圧値、電流値、運転積算時間と
E1
が順次表示されますが、高電圧出力の
停止と同時に
E1
のみの表示となります。
ＡＬＡＲＭランプが点滅、点灯しましたら電極の洗浄、碍子の清掃を行ってください。

ボタンを

秒以上長押ししてアラームを解除してください。
E1 : Alert for frequent sparking
In case occurrence of sparking at the electrodes increases, the Alarm lamp (red) blinks. If operation
continues while the lamp is blinking, high voltage output and motor operation will stop and the alarm
output contact 1 will close.
During operation, display shows voltage, current, cumulative operation time and E1 by turns. Once high
voltage output stops, only E1 is displayed.
Clean the electrodes and the insulators in the event of this alarm.
After cleaning, hold down SET button for more than 3 seconds to cancel the alarm.

E2
：電極間短絡アラーム
電極に異物が入ったり、汚れによって電極間に短絡が起こるとＡＬＡＲＭランプ（赤）が点灯します。
それと同時に高電圧出力、モータの運転が停止し、警報出力
1
が閉になります。
表示部には
E2
が表示されます。
ＡＬＡＲＭランプが点灯しましたら電極の洗浄、碍子の清掃を行ってください。

秒以上長押ししてアラームを解除してください。
E2 : Alert for short circuit between electrodes
In case short circuit occurs between the electrodes due to foreign substances or dirt in the electrodes,
the alarm lamp (red) lights up. At the same time, high voltage output and motor operation will stop and
the alarm output contact 1 will close. Display shows E2 only.
Clean the electrodes when this alarm lamp lights up.
After cleaning, hold down SET button for more than 3 seconds to cancel the alarm.

：メンテナンスお知らせ機能
ミストコレクタの運転積算時間が、設定されたメンテナンスお知らせ時間に達すると、ＡＬＡＲＭランプ（赤）が
点灯します。それと同時に運転条件設定
F3
を“

：接点出力をする”に設定している場合は、警報出力
1
が
閉になります。
現在の電圧値、電流値、運転積算時間と
E3
を順次表示して、メンテナンス時期をお知らせします。この時、
運転は継続されます。

ボタンを

秒以上長押ししてアラームを解除してください。
アラーム解除と同時にタイマーがリセットされ、運転時間の積算が開始されます。
E3 : Maintenance reminder
When the cumulative operation time has reached the set time for maintenance reminder, the Alarm
lamp (red) lights up.
If the operating condition in F3 is set at
“

”
(contact output is effective), the alarm output contact 1
closes at the same time.
Display shows voltage, current, cumulative operation time at present and E3 by
turns to notify that maintenance work is required. Operation of MISTCATCH is not interrupted.
Carry out maintenance work and then hold down SET button for more than 3 seconds to cancel the alarm.
Concurrently with alarm cancellation, the timer resets to restart counting of operation time.
