蒸発シート、蒸発フィンのメンテナンス

Maintenance of Evaporation sheet/fin

ノンドレン機能の仕様範囲内（盤内・盤外温湿度：

℃、

以下）

での使用にもかかわらず、ドレンホースからドレン水が排水される場合には、

ドレン水蒸発フィン、ドレン水蒸発シートの汚れが考えられます。

以下手順でメンテナンスを行ってください。

In case a cooling unit discharges water from the drain hose despite the working condition

is within the specified range, (35

℃

, 85%RH both inside and outside an enclosure)

the Evaporation fin or the Evaporation sheet may be contaminated.

Carry out maintenance work according to the following procedure.

①

メンテナンスパネルを固定しているネジを４箇所外してください。

Remove the 4 screws of the Maintenance panel.

ドレン水蒸発フィンの汚れを、エアーブローなどで落としてください。

Blow off dirt of the Evaporation fin by means of compressed air or other means.

③

ドレン水蒸発シート固定金具を上へスライドさせて外し、蒸発シート

を取出してください。

Slide the anchorage upward to remove and take out the Evaporation sheet.

④

ドレン水蒸発シートの汚れを取除いてください。

油汚れ、シートの劣化・硬化などが見られる場合は、新品の蒸発

シートと交換してください。

Clean the Evaporation sheet. If the sheet is oil-stained, aged or hardened, replace it

with new one.

メンテナンス終了後、取外した逆の手順で蒸発シートおよび

メンテナンスパネルをクーラへ取付けてください。

Reattach the maintenance panel to the cooling unit in reverse order.
