2.2 Error Codes
When a problem occurs, the display may indicate an error code. Table 2-1 describes the
various error codes and specifies the probable cause and remedy.
TABLE 2-1. ERROR CODES
ERROR PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY
Err 7.0 Time out , the weighing value is not stable
Defective Main PCB.
Turn unit off and then back on.
Replace Main PCB. Section 3.6.
Err 8.1 Pan Support has load during power on.
Dirt or debris in unit.
Defective Load Cell.
Defective Main PCB.
Remove weight from Pan Support.
Clean the unit thoroughly.
Replace Load Cell. Section 3.7.
Replace Main PCB. Section 3.6.
Err 8.2
Pan Support removed during power on, or dirty
Pan Support.
Load Cell defective.
Main PCB defective.
Install Pan Support.
Be sure it’s clean.
Replace Load Cell. Section 3.7.

Err 8.3 Weight on Pan Support exceeds capacity.
Dirt or debris in unit.
Remove weight from Pan Support.

Re-install Pan Support.
