4.4 Anti-legionella mode
Anti-legionella mode is used to meet the hygienic require-
ments regarding legionella and is implemented using the
heat pump and other active heat generators. Anti-legionel-
la mode is deactivated by default and can be configured
by the system user.
An interval program (int) and a time program (date) are
available for anti-legionella mode
Note
In order for the heat pump to operate correctly in
anti-legionella mode, it must always be supplied
with power. In the event of a power failure (e.g.
due to PSU shutdown via tariff contactor), the set
interval may be longer.
Note
The DHW mode has higher priority than the anti-le-
gionella mode. If the “DHW” operating mode is not
active, anti-legionella mode is not started.
