7.2.1.1 Refilling toner in the lower print unit

A29246-X17-X-4-7680 / do701.fm

4.

Open the bottle of toner and insert it as
far as possible into the round opening
in the toner supply container, keeping
the bottle in a vertical position.

Turn and shake the bottle slightly to
empty its contents into the container.

Important

Keep the empty toner bottle. This is used as the replacement for a full waste toner
box.

5.

Close sliding lock.

6.

Hold by the recessed grip and pull bar
forward.
The bar moves up automatically.

7.

On the operator panel, select <Refill toner> in the <VarioPrint> <Replacing
consumables> menu:
Print unit "Lower"

8.

"Toner refilled" should be confirmed with <OK>.
