Note:
Some applications do not have the 'Properties' dialog box. Then, the
settings for your print job are available on the tabs of the 'Print' dialog box.
Note:
The shared Océ VarioPrint 2050-70 printer drivers do not have the
'Show settings before printing' dialog box.
Note:
Several default print settings, in the shared printer driver, are stored on
a server. When you change those default print settings in the Control panel,
conflicts between settings can occur. So, do not change the default settings in
the Control panel in those circumstances.
Note:
When your Océ VarioPrint 2050-70 printer driver has the 'Show settings
before printing' dialog box, you must enable the access to this dialog box.
Print to file
Your company can have a policy to prevent that you print directly to the Océ
VarioPrint 2050-70. Then, you must select the 'Print to file' option in the printer
driver. Your print files are sent to a pre-set directory on a central server. A
central operator can retrieve and print your documents.
