must be carried out using colourless pore-filler varnish. Then paint or mark with a black felt tip the visible edges of the parts
(nos. 20, 22, 36, 37 and 38).
PHOTO 47. Line the rudder blade (no. 40) using the lining (no. 41).
PHOTO 48. Cut the part (no. 42) to size and glue it to the rudder blade, as shown in the image.
PHOTOS 49 / 50. To make up the hinge (no, 43), trim the brass strip to the size indicated in the parts list and then drill the
necessary holes. Using a piece of brass or flat-nosed pliers, bend the hinges to the required shape and then glue them to the
rudder blade and pin them into place using the pins

PHOTO 51. Attach the rudder blade to the stem using hinges and the pins A . Glue the propeller (no. 44) into the hole in the
false keel at the stern.
SUPERSTRUCTURE
From this stage of assembly you will have to paint some pieces.
PHOTOS 52 / 53.
Make up and glue into place the parts (nos. 45 and 46) for the pulleys’ bridge, then use a file to round off the
corners.
PHOTO 54. In the same way as you made up the rudder hinges, make up the snatch blocks (no. 47).
PHOTOS 55 / 56. Drill two ø 0.75 mm holes in which to attach the snatch blocks (no. 47) using the pins A . For this operation
use quick-drying glue. Then trim off any excess of the pins A .
PHOTO 57. Make up the snatch blocks (no. 49) and using the pins A attach the pulleys (no. 48).
PHOTO 58. Sand down the part (no. 50) and then varnish it, paint the edge black and glue it to the part (no. 50) and then, to
this, glue the two pulleys using the pins A .
PHOTOS 59 / 60. Line the part (no. 51) using the lining (no. 52) and after trimming off any excess lining. Frame the part (no. 51)
using the frames (nos. 53 and 54). Drill two ø 0.75 mm holes in the part (no. 51) and attach two parts B and I .
PHOTO 61. Glue the hatch into place in the stern area of the boat and then glue the pulleys’ bridge and the mooring rope leads
(no. 55) to the bow of the boat. Drill two ø 0.75 mm holes and attach the eyebolts B . For this operation check the plan of the
boat.
PHOTO 62. Line the trawling blades (no. 56) on both sides using the lining (no. 57).
PHOTO 63. Using the strip of brass (no. 58) frame the two parts (no. 56). For this operation use quick-drying glue.
PHOTO 64. Drill two ø 0.75 mm holes and insert two pins A to prevent the brass strip from moving.
PHOTO 65. Using round-nosed pliers make up the parts (no. 59).
PHOTO 66. Glue the battens (no. 60) onto the trawling blades. Make Drill the necessary holes and attach the parts (no. 59) and
the eyebolts B .
PHOTO 67. On the other side of the trawling blades, attach the eyebolts B , as shown in the image.
PHOTO 68. Glue the trawling blades to the pulley’s bridge.
PHOTO 69. Paint the parts (no. 63) green and insert them along with the parts (no. 62) into the shaft (no. 61) as shown in the

PHOTO 70. Paint both ends of parts (no. 64) black and glue them to the ends of the winch. Also glue the brake (no. 65) into
place along with the wheels (no. 66).
PHOTO 71. Cut a length of thread (no. 67) and wind it round the hoists (no. 63), as shown in the image. Leave a length of
excess thread so that it can be manipulated. Check on the plan of the boat to see where the thread runs.
PHOTO 72. Glue the winch to the stern of the boat and pass the threads (nos. 67 and 68) through it. For this operation check
with the plan of the boat.
PHOTO 73. Assemble the galley by gluing together the parts (nos. 69, 70, 71 and 72) as shown in the image.
PHOTO 74. This is how the galley must look when all the parts are assembled.
PHOTO 75. Line the walls of the galley using the lining (nos. 73 and 74) and then, using a cutting tool, trim off the excess lining.
PHOTO 76. Cut out the frames (nos. 75 and 76) and glue them to the galley base, without getting in the way of the bottom part
of the galley.

leafs of the galley door. Attach the parts A and L to simulate door handles. Paint the lifebuoy (no. 85) and glue it on, along with
a roll of thread (no. 86), arranged on the galley roof, as shown in the image.
PHOTO 81. Glue the galley to the boat, fitting the projecting parts of the base into the holes in the deck.
PHOTO 82. Line the hatch cover base (no. 87) using the hatch cover lining (no. 88). Frame the hatch using the frames (nos. 89
and 90). Attach the eyebolts B and the rings I .
PHOTOS 83 / 84. Varnish and mark with a felt tip the bucket (no. 91) as shown in the image. Using a piece of brass make up a
handle (no. 92) and glue it to the bucket.
PHOTO 85. Varnish the profiles of the parts (no. 94) and mark them with a felt tip. Join these parts (no. 94) to the roller (no. 93)
using the pins A .
PHOTOS 86 / 87. Glue the hatch, the bucket and the roller to the boat. For this operation check with the first plan of the boat.
PHOTOS 88 / 89. Using the parts (nos. 95, 96 and 97) assemble the booby hatch. Line it with the booby hatch lining (no. 98).
PHOTO 90. Trim down the frames (nos. 99 and 100) and glue them adjusted to the base of the booby hatch, as shown in the
image.
PHOTOS 91 / 92. Glue the parts (nos. 101, 102 and 103) into place. Line the roof of the using the lining (no. 104). Glue in place
the parts (no. 105), A and L .
PHOTO 93. Using a black felt tip colour the edge of the booby hatch roof and the edge of the part (no. 107), then glue together
the parts (nos. 106, 107 and 108).
PHOTO 94. Glue the booby hatch, fitting the projecting parts housed in the base into the holes in the deck. Attach the parts (no.
55) and B .
PHOTOS 95 / 96. Using quick-drying glue, glue the parts (nos. 109, 110, 111 and 112) into place. Then glue the parts (nos.
113, 114 and 115).
PHOTOS 97 / 98 / 99. Glue into place the parts (nos. 116 and 117). Paint the inside of the cabin black. Fit the decoration ( no.
118) to the bottom of the windows and then fit the lining (no. 119). Also place the lining (no. 120) to the top of the cabin.
