Safety information
Electrical connection

Only connect the unit if the electrical data of the unit and the power sup-
ply match.
•
Only plug the unit into a correctly installed outlet.
•
Protect open plugs and sockets from moisture.
Safe operation
•
Do not look directly into the light source.
•
Do not use the unit, if electrical lines or the housing are damaged.
•
A damaged connection cable cannot be replaced. Dispose of the unit.
•
Route lines in such a way that they are protected from damage and do
not present a tripping hazard.
•
Should problems occur, please contact the authorised customer service
or OASE.
Intended use
Only use the product described in this manual as follows:

As lamp for aquariums or vivariums.
•
Indoors only.
•
While adhering to the technical specifications.
Commissioning/start-up

Depending on the features of the installation site, special fastening materi-
als may be required for installing the holders. Please consult a specialised re-
tailer.
Switching on the unit : Plug the power plug of the transformer into the
socket. The unit switches on immediately.
Switching off the unit
: Disconnect the transformer power plug.
