6.1 Entering text and numbers
Use the alphanumeric keypad to enter text and numbers� The phone supports three input modes:
Multipress
,
T9
, and
Numeric
� Multipress and T9 modes are used for entering text, and Numeric mode is
used for entering numbers� �hen you select a field that requires text or numbers, the phone automatically
selects the appropriate input mode�
To change the input mode
1� In text messaging mode, press and hold �
2� Select the input mode and press �
