Appendix B

Automatic Recycle and Keep Video are options to help you save storage

space on your hard drive.

Automatic Recycle

Automatic Recycle will delete old video data to save storage space on
the hard drive. You can select 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours,

and 1 day. Automatic Recycle is best suited for a small capacity hard

drive.

Keep Video

Keep Video lets you set a specific number of days of recorded video to
save on your hard drive (50 days maximum). Use Keep Video instead of

Automatic Recycle if you need to save a specific number of days of

recorded video for your security records. Keep Video is best suited if you
have a large capacity hard drive.

What happens if Automatic Recycle and Keep Video are both turned

on?

If you have turned on Automatic Recycle and Keep Video, DigiPlayer will
default to the settings of Automatic Recycle.
