6. Troubleshooting
I
f the lift does not work properly, the reason for this might be quite simple. Please check
the lift for the potential reasons mentioned on the following pages. If the cause of
trouble cannot be found, please call the technical service.
Problem: The automotive does not lifting and lowering!
Potential causes : solution:
no power supply
main switch is turned off or defective
Operating elements defective
Fuse is defective
The feed line is cut
the motor is overheated
Motor is defective Check the power supply
Check the main switch
Check the operating elements
Check the fuse
Check the feed line
Let it cool down (Cooling time
depends on the ambient
temperature)
Carry out the emergency lowering
(see chapter 6.2)
Problem: Motor läuft an, Last wird nicht gehoben!
Potential causes : solution:
The vehicle is too heavy
The oil level is too low
The emergency lowering screw is not closed
The hydraulic lines jammed
Leakage in the hydraulic system
Hydraulic pump is defective
The coupling between pump and motor is defective
The cylinder jams Unload the vehicle
Check the oil.
(max. oil height, approx. 2cm under
the filler)
Check the emergency lowering
screws N1 & N2
Check the hydraulic lines
Check the hydraulic system and
screw fittings
Call the service partner
