Go to SIP Settings tab, and then go to the NAT tab.

1. Input your Public IP

2. Input your Public IP

3. Input your Local Network address with a NetMask

4. Select Yes

5. Select Yes

6. Press Save then Apply Changes

To Configure your NEX Asterisk for Global

Here you can (1) Edit General SIP settings, (2) Edit Terms of Service, (3) 

Configure NAT for Global use, (4) Enable Jitter Buffer, and (5) Allow/

disallow Codecs

On DoorPad device, Tap “Setting”

• 

Select “Back up and reset”

• 

Select “Factory data reset”

• 

Tap “Reset Tablet”

• 

Tap “Erase Everything”

Restart or Reset Product

If you need to restore DoorPad to its factory settings, follow the steps

Note: DoorPad device will power off. It will take 2-4 minutes for the main 

screen of the device to display
