• Go to Ring Groups tab then press “+ New RingGroup
1. Set RingGroup Name
2. Set a RingGroup extension #.
Note: to set different #, you need to disable extension ranges in Options
3. Select extension # to include in ring group
4. Press to include selected extension #
5. Select Strategy:
5.1 Ring in Order
5.2 Ring All Simultaneously
6. For Ring in Order:
6.1 Set # of second
7. Set Hangup if doesn’t have available #
8. Save and Apply Changes
Ring Groups
To Create a New Ring Group
Ring groups allow a group of phones, or devices, to ring simultaneously
or in a sequence (ring order). This provides the opportunity for multiple
people to answer a call (ring all) or one person can answer a from any
phone. This feature is also called Huntgroups
