• Go to Dialplans Tab then press “+ New DialPlan”
1. Choose a Name for DialPlan
2. Check all the calling rules you wanted to include in the dialplan
3. Save and Apply Changes
Dial Plans
To Create a New Dial Plan
A DialPlan is a set of ‘Calling Rules’ that can be assigned to one or more
users.
Dial Plans are assigned to Users to specify the dialing permissions
they have. For example, you might have one Dial Plan for local calling
that only permits users of that Dial Plan to dial local numbers, via the
“local” outgoing calling rule. Another user may be permitted to dial long
distance numbers, and so would have a Dial Plan that includes both the
“local” and “long distance” outgoing calling rules.

• Go to Users Tab then press “+ Create New User”
1. Input desired Call ID for extension
2. Input the same Call ID of extension
3. Choose a DialPlan that you want to use
4. Input the same call ID of extension
5. Uncheck IAX
6. Select H.264 for the 3rd codec preference
7. Select H.263p for the 4th codec preference
8. Select H.263 for the 5th codec preference
9. Input the same Call ID of extension
10. Input Password for this user
11. Press Update then Apply Changes

Users is a shortcut for quickly adding and removing all the necessary
configuration components for any new phone/user.
Here you can (1) Create New Users, (2) Modify/Edit Users, (3) Delete
