Plotting a Trace

3.5.1 HR, MM, DM and DS Models

Selecting ‘PLOT/SAVE’ after locating the fiber will immediately
offer the option to plot the trace to a thermal printer or to save
the trace.

Remember to have the thermal printer turned on and connected
to the OFL 100 Printer Port using the supplied cable.

Selecting ‘PLOT’ will change the display to:

The thermal printer will now begin plotting the trace. A normal
trace will take approximately two minutes to plot. After plotting
is complete the display will change to:

Selecting ‘NEXT’ will return you to the Main Menu. Selecting
‘SAVE’ immediately offers the save options. Refer to section
3.6 for more information about saving traces.
