Migrate All User Defined Fields

Local Products
and select
Migrate All Local Products

Custom Reports
and select
Migrate All Custom Reports

Click
Start Migration
and wait for the migration to finish.

Repeat
Step 3
to open the
Options
window once again.

Uncheck
Migrate Definitions Only

OK.
