Press the Up or Down navigational key.

Feature keys 11 to 22 are displayed on the GEM, pressing the
navigational keys again will move back to the first page.

With two M522 line options and two GEM units attached,
Up and Down will transition a page change on both GEM’s
simultaneously. The second GEM will only display the second
M522 feature keys.

Centrex M522 line option

The M522 line option is assigned to the users LEN through OSSgate flow
through provision feature.

Provisioning of the Centrex M522 line option is done through OSSgate flow
through provisioning. An example of the servord command to assign two
M522 line options to a line is a follows:

GEM operation during an upgrade

The Nortel IP Phone Graphical Expansion Module (GEM) functionality
should become instantly available when upgrading from a CICM load that
previously did not support the GEM. If the upgraded GEM functionality
does not appear, the user should simply log out and log back in again to
activate the GEM features.
