Preparing the CallPilot server for the upgrade

This stage includes the following steps:

1. Check the status of the RAID system.

2. Check the consistency of the logical drives.

3. Perform the pre-upgrade steps.

4. Back up the existing RAID configuration.

5. Disconnect the secondary hard drives.
