Troubleshooting when all other recovery measures fail

Troubleshooting when WebUI does not display accurate information
To improve data access performance for Web sites that change infrequently,
the Web browser caches the displayed information. However, BAP120 Web
User Interface (WebUI) data can change frequently, for example, when
making configuration changes.
If the WebUI is not displaying accurate information, perform the following
steps.

On the browser application click Shift + Refresh.
The displayed panel data is pulled from the network to display the
current information in each window panel.

Troubleshooting when WebUI does not log on correctly
If your WebUI session has timed-out and you experience difficulty either
displaying panel data or difficulty logging on, perform the following steps.
