regulations & rules in force. Table 12 shows
the flue pipe sizes and maximum vent
length The minimum flue length is 0.5M
(500mm)
The combustion air inlet socket at the
appliance must be foreseen with an inlet
grill of class IP20 (for indoor applications,
or an approved vertical flue terminal for
outdoor terminations).
Indoor air inlet socket = PN 60-50712-
130282 Outdoor air inlet cap = PN 33-54-
207
Outdoor air inlet 250mm extension pipe =
PN 33-54-203 Note: extension pipe must be
used with the outdoor inlet cap.
Table 12 shows flue pipe sizes and
maximum vent lengths. The minimum flue
length is 0.5 meters

To avoid leakage use single wall flue pipes
of seamless aluminium or stainless steel. All
joints must be sealed to prevent products of
combustion from leaking into the building.
An approved flue terminal is required.
If the flue passes through a combustible
element of the building
it must be enclosed by a sleeve of non-
combustible material and separated from
the sleeve by at least a 25 mm air break.
The temperature of any combustible
material near to the flue must not exceed
65 °C when the heater is in operation.
The flue must be at least 50 mm away from
any combustible material.
Attention
Single wall flue pipe exposed to
cold air or run through unheated
areas must be insulated. Where
condensation is unavoidable,
provision must be made for the
condensation to flow freely to a
point to which it can be released,
i.e. a drain or gully.
The condensation drain from the
flue must be constructed from
non- corrodible material not less
than 20 mm diameter. Copper or
copper-based alloys must not be
used for condensation drains.
Attention: Flue pipe requirements
for the RHC 82000M.24 DJL ONLY!
To guarantee that the RHC 8200M.24
DJL is working at 91% efficiency , it is
necessary to fix a restriction plate ar
the compustion air outlet opening.
The diameter of the restriction plate
depends on the length of the flue pipe
as indicated in the table below
