Install a Follower Module

Use the following procedures to install a follower module.

WARNING:

Personnel performing these procedures must know how to

safely operate the unloader elevator controls.

Block the Air Cylinders

See Figure 6.

1. Using the elevator controls, raise the elevator until there is enough

space between the unloader base (4) and the hydraulic section (3) to

install the follower module.

2. Insert two support blocks (1) onto each air cylinder (2) to prevent the air

cylinders from drifting downward.
