Cleaning Nozzle
To facilitate nozzle cleaning, remove the nozzle from the body and separate
the mouthpiece (1) from the mouthpiece receptacle (2). Then use a suitable
cleaning agent to clean the parts.
CAUTION:
Do not use hard or metallic tools to clean. Do not use wire
brushes! This could damage the release coating. Use only soft aids (wooden
or PTFE spatula or soft brush).
Disassembling Nozzle
WARNING:
Hot! Risk of burns. Wear heat‐protective gloves.
1. Heat applicator until adhesive is soft.
2. Release the protruding screws (3).
3. Detach the nozzle, along with the piston rod (5) and the clamping block
(6), from the body. Observe the following:

Carefully separate the piston rod from the slide (4).
S
Do not misplace the sealing rings between the nozzle and body.
4. Remove the screws from the cover (11) and take off the cover and seal. If
the cover and seal can not yet be detached: Remove the parts after step
7..
