Antenna
Antenna overview
The phone has two antennas, a main antenna and a GPS antenna.
The main antenna is covering the GSM and WCDMA bands along with BT. The main antenna consists of an
antenna flex attached to an antenna carrier with adhesive.
The main antenna has one feed pad for GSM and WCDMA, one feed pad for BT, one contact to Mutant switch
and two ground pads. All five pads connect to C-springs mounted on the main PWB.
For a description of the GPS antenna, see section
.

Main antenna functionality
The main antenna is functioning normally when the feed and GND pads take proper contact to the C-springs
on the main PWB, and the antenna flex is visually intact.
The main antenna functionality must also be checked by measuring the transmitted power with RF coupler
at GSM900 channel 124.
