Installation of the Industrial PC on the
adjustable mounting solution
5.1
Safety instructions
Caution!
Make sure the mounting solution is installed securely on the floor space, the wall or the
stainless steel floor stand! This will prevent the device from falling after being installed
on the mounting solution.
To install the Industrial PC use only the enclosed mounting bolts!
They have the optimal length for installing the device on the mounting solution.
5.2
Installation steps
The following tool is required for installation:

The following steps provide an example of how to install the Industrial PC S21WP
on an adjustable mount for the stainless steel floor stand.

If present, remove the cover screws from the VESA100 attachment on the back of
the IPC housing.
"
Screw the four mounting screws for the IPC into the VESA100 threading until a
5mm gap remains open between the head of the bolt and the housing cover.
The mounting screws are included with the adjustable mounting solution.

Make sure the mounting solution is mounted securely
(here, to the stainless steel floor stand)
"
Move the two mounting brackets of the mounting solution one or two click stops
upward (10° or 20°) from the vertical position. Pay attention to the parallel align
ment of the surfaces of the mounting brackets and screw the locking handles tight.
This will make it easier to hang the housing in the “keyholes” of the mounting
bracket.
