7.3.7 Cleaning and disinfecting components
1. Push
the piston out of
the ice cream head.
2. Remove
the two
O rings from the pis-
ton.
3. Remove
the gasket on
the back of the ice
cream head.
4. Disassemble
the bea-
ter.
5. Disassemble
the outer
and inner pipe of the
mix feed pipe.
6. Remove
the two
O rings from the mix
feed pipe.
1. Clean
and disinfect all
components and dry
them carefully with a
clean towel (prefera-
bly paper). (see
para. 7.2.3)
2. Clean
the (outside of)
the cylinder.
