NA 9420

Chapter 7 - Maintenance

7.3.2  Defrosting and draining the machine

Throw away the old ice cream mix. Do NOT re-use.

10 min

1. Press

 ‘OFF’.

2.

Press ‘PASTEURI-

SING’.

3. Wait

 10 minutes.

10 sec

4. Press

 ‘OFF’.

5. Press

 the emergency 

stop button.

6. Wait

 10 seconds.

7. Reset

 the emergency 

stop feature.

8. Remove

 the mix feed 

pipe.

9. Remove

 the agitator.

10.Drain

 all ice cream mix 

from the machine.
