Recheck after fixing of all components
When a pipe has been loosened slightly, it is possible to get rid of a leak by the above-
mentioned re-tightening.
For safety, make sure that the instrument operates normally even when the regulator
pressure is increased to approximately 0.08 to 0.10 MPa.
* For the piping for the option, because confirmation using the leak check function is
impossible, make sure that there is no defect with the leak check in the heat vaporization
mode, and then make a check in the measurement mode.

In the case of RH-MA3
①
Measure the flow rate at the connection of the valve V4 and the RH-MA3 using a
flowmeter that can measure 0 to 0.5 L/min.

Measure the flow rate on the inlet side of the first collection tube (160 L).
* Make sure that the difference between the flow rates of (1) and (2) is 0.02 L/min. or less.
* In the maintenance mode, set the 160 L collection tube as the vacant tube with scrubbing
liquid drained.
The RH-MA3 can be checked by making the leak check with the inlet closed with your
hand. However, when opening the valve, take care because the collection tube or sample
heating tube is damaged unless the hand is removed slowly.

In the case of SC-3 and RD-3
①
Measure the flow rate at the connection of the valve V4 and the SC-3 using a flowmeter
that can measure 0 to 0.5 L/min.

Attach a tube to the cap and measure the flow rate.
* Make sure that the difference between the flow rates of (1) and (2) is 0.02 L/min. or less.
