Adjusting the sample changer. (for Version II)
If the transfer error occurs in the sample changer, adjust the position.
Open Maintenance screen, select “BC” tab and click BC Adjust.

Initial screen
BC ADJUST window opens.
Designate the Tray No. and advance the movement.
Tray No.:
Enter the number of the tray onto which the
boat is loaded.
Boat No.:
Enter the boat number.

Advances by 1 movement

Returns by 1 movement

Advances to the next step.

Returns to the previous step.

Axis-Y Down
Move the arm to the designated tray.
Adjust the height with
OFFSET Y.

Axis-X In
Insert the arm into the rack.
Return to
and change
OFFSET-Y so that a
clearance of 1.5mm is
present between the arm
and the frame of the
rack.
