5.2. Yearly inspection
To use the product stably for a long period of time, we recommend that the instrument
be sent back for annual maintenance.
In the sending back maintenance, the replacement of time-change components,
repair, adjustment and performance check are carried out.

In about 2 minutes, ABS should return
within 2% of the maximum, or become
0.001 ABS or less.

Unusual noise
No noise is generated while the sample
changer is running.
Grease the drive
mechanism.
Blank value
Measure distilled water and PEAK value
should be 0.001 or less in LOW range.

Calibration curve
When you create the calibration curve with
standard solution, the correlation
coefficient should be 0.999 or more.
-Check standard solution,
-Check contamination of
test tubes, bubbler and line.
-Check leakage
- Review the method.
Sensibility
The inclination of a calibration curve
should be less than ±30% from the initial
value.
Carry over
The blank value immediately after
measurement of standard solution must
be within 2% of the mercury amount.
Accuracy
The value of a standard solution
measured after actual sample
measurements must be within ±5%.
