4.3. Starting of the instrument and measurement setup
(1)
Start MA-3Win.
(2)
Turn ON the main power supply switch of MA-3.
(3)
Do the check of the path and conditioning. (Please follow to the message window on
PC)

Open the “Setup” window from System (S)-Setup and Measurement Method sets
“REDUCTION-DIRECT” and option unit sets “SC5+RD5”.
(5)
Turn ON the power switch of the SC-5 main body right side.
(6)
Put each reagent into a reagent bottles.
10% stannous chloride solution and a sulfuric acid (1+1) solution are put into each
reagent bottle. And distilled water is put into a rinse bottle.
(7)
Connect the tube of the pump inlet side of RD-5 to the tube of each reagent bottle.
Insert the tube of pure water tank and effluent tank in each tank.

Please check whether the tube of the outlet side of a pump is connected or not.
