This function is used to edit the currently selected image and save it as a separate file from
the original file.
Note, however, that pictures taken using
Easy panorama or 3D photography cannot be
edited.
Note also that there is a restriction on retouching edited images (

14).

This function cannot be used for pictures in the sequence when only the key picture is
displayed. To use this function, press the
k
button to display individual images before
displaying the menu.

The function cannot be applied to pictures taken in scene mode 3D photography .
