7.2 CLEANING
7.2.1
CLEANING THE INTERIOR OF THE SELF-CLEANING FILTER

Fill up a container with clean water and place inside the tube that is connected to the
inlet
of the pump.

Place the tube that is connected to the
outlet
into the drainage.

Activate the automatic mode to pump the water in order to clean the pump and the filter.

While the machine is running, place a bucket under the filter and fully open the
manual valve for sludge
outlet
to dispose solid waste.

Remove the cylindrical filter cover by unscrewing the upper big nut (
check section 7.1.2 for the description of
the procedure
).

You can rinse the interior of the filter in order to remove the excess of solid waste.

Once the washing is finished, place again the cylindrical filter cover.
7.2.2
CLEANING THE EXTERIOR OF THE SELF-CLEANING FILTER
Before washing the exterior close the venting valve of the gauge.
Cover the central command box with watertight material (for example polyvinyl).
The machine can be washed with a soft brush and water.
8 MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of the command box is only allowed to the authorized personnel. The manufacturer and the
salesman, where you bought the self-cleaning filter provide an authorized service.
ATTENTION! It is necessary to isolate the self-cleaning filter when washing the exterior.

unplug the self-cleaning filter,
-
turn the main switch to position 0.
Do not rinse the command box directly!
