Once selected the operation mode, the juice will enter to the pump coming from the container/sink and will
pass through the filter; using the
inlet valve
the juice flow can be regulated.

After adjusting the juice flow, if the pressure increases during the filtration process, it will be necessary to fully
open the
manual valve for sludge outlet
for a few seconds, which helps to dispose solid waste and reduce
the pressure (put a bucket under the filter to avoid soiling the work area).

The juice will come out through the
outlet with looking glass
, where the filtered juice can be observed.

Once the juice has reached its final destination, the filtration process is done.

OPENING THE VENTING VALVE
Temperature fluctuations during the process cause the liquid within the gauge to expand and contract, which in
turn increases or decreases case pressure. Move the green valve to open position, which will release any
pressure or vacuum built up in the case. It can be left in open position when working.
If the inlet valve is fully opened, the juice flow will be faster but the pressure will increase.
It is highly recommended to fully open the manual valve for sludge outlet a few seconds every 15
minutes to reduce de pressure inside the filter.
