1. The Nikken
®
PiMag Water System is designed for use only with cold, bacteriologically suitable (potable) water.
2. DO NOT use where water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate
disinfection before or after flow through the System.
Water treatment systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected waters that may contain
filterable cysts.
3. Installation of the Nikken PiMag Water System must comply with state and local laws and regulations.
Limited warranty
The Nikken PiMag
TM
Water System has been manufactured under a strict quality assurance program. Multiple checks and inspections and individual testing of each unit
ensure that the Nikken PiMag Water System is ready to perform properly when installed.
Nikken warrants the parts related to the filter units of this system for 30 days from date of original purchase. Parts related to the housing of the system are warranted for
1 year from the date of original purchase. Warranty protects against any defects in materials and workmanship, when product is used in compliance with the instructions
in this owner’s manual.
This warranty does not apply to damage to this product resulting from accident, misuse, tampering or modification.
Nikken shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind resulting from defect or malfunction of this product.
This warranty does not cover normal filter replacement, or apply in the event of improper product installation, product failure if it is misused, abused, or used for other than
its intended purpose, damage to the product caused by accident, fire, flood or act of God. Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage to personal property
caused by possible product defect, or use of this product where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
