The speed at which your run or walk is your pace. Pace is measured in minutes per mile or kilometer. Setting pace zones
allows you to train within a fast or slow pace limit. With the pace zone turned “on”, the watch will display
HI
and
LO
arrows
to indicate you are running outside of your zone. With the zone alarm turned “on”, the watch will beep to indicate you are
outside of your pace zone. Follow steps through to set a target pace zone.
