Mercury lamp 

1) 

Remove the 8 screws from the optical box, and remove the lamp cover assembly. 

 

2) 

Disconnect the connectors (at the power board for the optical system) for the thermostatic 

cap and mercury lamp. 

 

3) 

Remove the 2 screws fixing the thermostatic cap, and remove the thermostatic cap.
