4.  How to remove and install the components 

This chapter explains the procedure for replacing each component to make it easier to inspect, 

repair, and service it. 

 

 

Collector tube adaptor 

1) 

Detach the collector tube. Then remove the reducing elbows of the gas scrubbing 

bottle and dehumidifying bottle. 

2) 

Remove the screws of the bracket which holds the collector tube adaptor, and then 

replace the adaptor. 

 

 

 

Heater H1 

1) 

Detach the mercury collector tube. Then remove the screws fixing the heating furnace 

(H1) for collector tube.
