Step 16: Bridge Assembly Step 2 

•

 

Secure the two doubled up 1575

mm 3” x 1.5’’ (one to 

each tower) by placing them below the 

two doubled up 2.45m lengths of 3” x 1.5’’ and between the 9ft vertical posts.

 

•

 

Screw upwards into the two doubled up 2.45m lengths of 3” x 1.5’’ using the 120mm screws.

 

•

 

Drill 32mm holes (about 30mm deep) on the outside of the main posts and screw two 
120mm screws into each hole to secure the doubled-up timbers to the vertical posts.
